Look Of The Day - Leopard Tights

Animal prints are a rage this season and I see everyone going gaga over this trend. Though I am not a fashion victim but I love these leopard pants. For me it is all about expressing my individualism.
Many people don’t like what I wear, commenting I am too loud. Doing outfit posts and being a fashion fanatic is not easy. You have to face criticism when you put yourself out there and you are a living target for hatred, jealousy, frustration and all negative feelings. But anyway I am an assertive person and I take it in a positive way. It does not let me down. This is just an everyday/casual party look.
P.S. I am not going to crib about the cold weather, wearing layers and looking pudgy.
Style tip: Keep the whole look subtle by not using too many colors and make it stand out. Don’t let other pieces overshadow your print.

I am wearing
Leopard Tights - Alcott
Skull Cap - UCB
Shoes - UCB
Gloves - Vero Moda
Black pullover - Wills
Brown cowl neck sweater - Vero Moda
Bag - UCB

DISCLAIMER
For those who are viewing this page. I ought to tell you this that It is my opinion and my blog. I am a dictator of taste but I don't inflict myself on you, Period.
It is okay to have your own opinion. It is okay to dislike and even criticize. It is okay to think others are jobless and not worth it. It is okay to be jealous of others and mock at them, grimace and continue brooding over it . But you are nobody to inflict yourself and your beliefs on others. You might harbor resentment but the problems springs up when you raise your voice publicly and when your comments will be a slur on others. Because in the process you will be hurting someone and such actions will only demean the person.
I tell you, everyone has their own beliefs and faith in something, even our own opinions and ideas change. But you cant meddle in or snoop into someone's affairs and look  down on them when nobody came up to you personally.
I would just say lead your own life in a good way. I had read these beautiful lines somewhere, “Work on self improvement so that you don’t have time for criticizing others.”
It is your choice and it is my choice. What choices I make, it defines me. I have all the love for the people who visit my blog and appreciate my efforts and my interests. I would humbly bow down. XOXO.
P.S. My photos should not be used without prior notice and I am open to product reviews and PR requests.

  1. I am loving those leopard tights! I have 2 pairs but they are both tan/brown based. I love the gray and black. I also like the piece you wrote at the end. I recently did a post somewhat related...in regards to how people harbor preconceived notions about fashion bloggers. One dimensional people are THEE most annoying people ever. If you come to someone's blog and think they're an idiot because what little YOU see that they do with their time then you are one dimensional. What you say about OTHERS says more about YOU than THEM. Great post!

  20. People can be mean but who cares, right! you look great, you have a great sense of style and you do not have to go by what others say. Ofcourse, they won't stop talking but most of these taunts come because they feel inferior. It's not your fault, they need to check themselves. You work it, girl!!!! I love your looks. Keep rocking them :)

  36. I'm sorry people are giving you trouble. Negative people who take the time to leave negative feedback on any blog, youtube video, facebook, etc. are not making a statement about you or your style, but rather are vocalizing their own misery. It takes a lot of anger and sadness to be such a negative and judgmental person. Just know that it has NOTHING to do with you; they just happened to come across your blog and you became their most recent target.

Stay strong and keep that beautiful smile on your face. I think you have an adorable, quirky style that is wholly unique. You aren't worried about looking like everyone else, and that takes a lot of courage. I like it very much. :)
